Visit to the residential rehabilitation centre.

On the 7th of September after visiting the office of the Ombudsperson for children, authorisation was sought and given for our Legal Investigation Officer to visit the two locations of the Rehabilitation Youth Centre. Visit was conducted at the boys residential compound and that of the girls.
At the time of the visit there were only three girls occupying the centre and none in the boys centres. The head of the girls unit showed our legal investigation officer the sleeping area, lounge areas, kitchen and the classrooms that the girls are taught in.
